By continuing to place an order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.
All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence. This will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T, They do not include shipping costs.
Shipping Costs are calculated and added as the customer proceeds through checkout. They are clearly visible before any customer information is required. Shipping Costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, handling, delivery postcode, suburb and method of delivery.

In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, K9Komfort will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.
Customer Service Policy
K9Komfort is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We deliver products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
The terms and conditions of our shipping policy enables K9Komfort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We fill & dispatch orders every day. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 – 10 business days depending on your location within Australia. We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available.
Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.
K9Komfort offers a 14 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the product is returned unused. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and replacement cost. We can refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival, the purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred with regard to shipping the product back to K9Komfort.
If an item is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item free of charge. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be made via your original form of payment. Shipping charges are fully refundable on faulty items only.
If the wrong size of product is selected, you may exchange this item for the correct size. Returns must be made within 14 days as per the terms and conditions. The return postage of the original item in original packaging, any additional costs of size change, and postage costs of the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if a pet does not wish to use a product. However we do offer a store credit, minus a restocking fee of 10%, when the product has been returned unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping and extra charges associated with the return. If a returned product is not in original or saleable condition a refund will not be given. Returns must be made within14 days of purchase.
K9Komfort cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause (dogs can chew through solid bone after all so NO fabric is safe!).
